I will talk the group through breath-work and muscle relaxation and then a ‘visualisation’, taking you on an inner journey to a quiet and peaceful space within, where you will be able to meditate in a safe environment.
Afterwards, there will be the opportunity to talk about our experiences, any questions, and general advice on how to continue on this new journey.
Gaby Kingham MNFSH DipIHM runs a Complementary Therapy practice, specialising in Energy Healing, Reiki and Indian Head Massage. Emma Garber is a Consciousness and Awareness Therapist, practising for over five years in the London area.

I offer all of my complementary therapies from a dedicated and peaceful space in Hither Green, South-east London.
It is less than five minutes’ walk from Hither Green Station (Zone 3), with fast train connections to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Waterloo East, Charing Cross and Lewisham (for DLR).
There are also bus connections from Canada Water (225), Grove Park (181) and Petts Wood (273).
Parking is available: please advise if you will need a space when booking.
