The Shout Collective are a quintet of blues imbued DJs who come together to celebrate the devil’s music in its broadest sense with a new session that jumps and jives from the Delta to the desert, the Bayou to the big city and beyond. Cooking up a greasy gumbo of rockin’ soul, African blues, dirty funk and anything else with both feet on the dancefloor and roots in the blues.
Joe Cushley, Jamie Renton, Nikki Akinjinmi, Norman Druker, and Aly Prince have between them spun tunes at Dingwalls, The Roundhouse, Cargo, Passing Clouds, Glastonbury Festival and many other fine venues. With these 5 monarchs of the blues decks, this session will bring the warmest vibes to your Saturday lunchtime.
