Description
The event will celebrate the launch of the 2012 Cultural Olympiad coming to London. A partnership between Tower Hamlets, Theatre Venture, Kinetika and artist Becca Chester, working with local schools, young people, local businesses, artists, musicians and performers.
Through the Arch of Imagination will transform and fill the area of BIshops Square with a colourful celebration fo the whole community.
The dramatic outdoor performance will involve The Arch, a 21st Century East London Pearly Queen, and over 100 young people from across Tower Hamlets.
