Bike Week 2009 is the celebration of all things cycling and aims to get Londoners cycling for fitness and fun.
From 4.30-7.30pm, you can find out about cycle training, commuter challenges and group rides around local cycling routes. Look out for Dr Bike Surgeries for a free cycle safety check.
Activities also run in Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Brompton Cemetery throughout the week.
The Royal Parks are working together with London Cycle Campaign, Cycle Touring Club, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster Council and Camden Council to promote Bike Week in the Parks.

Description
The Regent's Park, 166 hectares (410 acres), includes stunning rose gardens with more than 30,000 roses of 400 varieties. The Park is the largest outdoor sports area in London with 'The Hub' a community sports pavilion and sports pitches, nearly 100 acres available for sports fans of all abilities.
