Over four weeks in July, the Lyric Hammersmith theatre will be bringing four of its favourite new and emerging companies to create work in the Hammersmith Square.

07 – 09 June
The Hide by Tangled Feet
Join us for twitching with a difference as Tangled Feet install their special people watching hide. Step inside The Hide and gaze across humanity in its natural environment as four unique lives are played out in the Square.

14 – 16 June
The Morris Dancers by Spymonkey
Spymonkey’s Toby Park and Petra Massey bring their award-winning brand of comedy to Hammersmith as they present their own husband and wife Morris Dancing extravaganza. Join us for a week overflowing with brilliant characters, songs, sticks and a dancing cow.

20 – 23 June
The Knowledge Emporium by Slung Low
You are invited to The Emporium to share your knowledge, a fascinating fact, a family recipe – absolutely anything – in return for sweets. On the final day, Slung Low will perform readings from The Book of Everything We Know, based on the knowledge generously shared by the sweet-lovers of Hammersmith.


28 – 30 June
Winter’s Ball by Les Enfants Terribles
The award-winning Les Enfants Terribles take over our Square, bringing Grimm tales and poisoned apples to the fair people of Hammersmith. Enter a world filled with snow-capped branches, Turkish delight and weird and wonderful characters, all presided over by their terrifying Snow Queen.
