Free London Listings

Well it's not all doom and gloom with several free and cheap bonfire night events taking place over the weekend.

Whilst there's no displays at Alexandra Palace or Victoria Park this year there's still plenty going on north of the river.  Tower Hamlets have replaced the Victoria Park event with three smaller displays, all free, in Weavers Fields, Bartlett Park and Millwall Park. Wanstead Flats will also see a free display on Saturday.

In West London there is a firework display on Friday 4th November under the Westway at Maxilla Gardens whilst Brent are hosting a free event on Saturday 5th in Barham Park. There's also a free firework event in Coram's Fields on Friday beginning at 5pm.

South of the river and Lambeth only have one display in Brockwell Park, whilst the annual Blackheath display is going ahead as is the display in Southwark Park.

Sadly that's all we can find on the free front but in deference to the government's drive to place a price tag on any expression of human joy we've extended our listings to include firework events which cost a fiver a less.
